AssistantDial AI is an AI-powered phone answering service for trades businesses. We are the data controller for information you submit through our website.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo booking form on our website, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your business name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• How many calls you estimate missing per week

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party ad scripts, or behavioural analytics tools.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Contact you to schedule and conduct your demo call
• Send follow-up emails related to your enquiry
• Understand your business needs so we can show you something relevant

We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails. If you submit the form, you are consenting to be contacted about AssistantDial AI. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email we send.

How your data is stored and shared

When you submit the form, your information is sent to:

• n8n — an automation platform we use to process and route your submission. n8n stores data on European servers.
• Google Sheets— your lead data is saved to a private Google Sheets document accessible only to the AssistantDial AI team. Google’s privacy policy applies to data stored in Google Workspace.
• Cal.com— if you choose to book a demo slot, your name and email are passed to Cal.com to pre-fill the booking form. Cal.com’s privacy policy governs data entered into their scheduler.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with any other third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it takes to follow up on your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months if we have had no further contact. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run any cookie consent banners because there is nothing to consent to.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we use data already collected without contacting you first.
