The short version

Use AssistantDial AI for legitimate business purposes. Don’t abuse the service. Pay your invoices. If something isn’t working, tell us and we’ll fix it. Cancel anytime — no hard feelings.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who visits our website or uses AssistantDial AI services. By booking a demo or signing up as a customer, you agree to these terms.

AssistantDial AI is operated by Evernect Ltd. References to “we”, “us”, or “AssistantDial AI” mean Evernect Ltd.

The service

AssistantDial AI is an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, qualifies leads, answers common questions, and books appointments. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to something on our end, we will credit your account accordingly.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when signing up
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including those governing automated phone systems and call recording
• Notifying your callers that calls may be handled by an AI system, where required by law in your jurisdiction
• Keeping your login credentials secure

Acceptable use

You may not use AssistantDial AI to:

• Make outbound calls without the recipient’s consent
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions without notice.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Pricing shown on the website is the price you pay. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase, and it will never apply to your current billing period.

Limitation of liability

AssistantDial AI is a tool to help you handle inbound calls. We are not liable for missed business opportunities, incorrect information given by the AI, or any indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

Intellectual property

All content, software, and technology on this website and within the AssistantDial AI platform belongs to Evernect Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

Any call transcripts and summaries generated from your calls belong to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated call data to improve the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
